Services related to Tender processes;
a)Before the tender pre-stage, necessary legal examination and evaluation is carried out in relation to the sector in which the tender organization and the company operates in accordance with the Privatization Law No. 4046, State Tender Law No. 2886, Public Tender Law No. 4734, Public Tender Law No. 4735 and other relevant legislation ; When the Tender Specifications, Promotion Documents and other tender documents need to be examined, the information to be requested from the tender authority,
b)In the preparation stage of the tender offer by providing the necessary legal support, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and specifications of the tender offer letter and attachments,
c) Participating the tender meeting and negotiations meeting with the owner of bidders upon demand.
d) If the result in favor of the bidder's tender, the contract with the Contracting Authority will be established upon approval by the competent examination of the tender and other documents, ensuring the correction of identified deficiencies or violation of law; Providing verbal and written opinions on demand regarding issues related to administrative and legal problems to be encountered during the contracting process;
